How fast is cash-out?+
Most cash-outs settle in under 4 minutes. Some bank rails are slower (international wires can take up to 2 business days). The exact ETA is shown before you confirm the withdrawal.
What are the fees?+
1.5% flat on cash-out, with no hidden FX spread. The mid-market rate is shown at the time of withdrawal so you can verify.
Do I need KYC?+
Yes, but it's tiered. Tier 1 (basic info) lets you receive and send up to a small balance. Tier 2 (BVN + ID) and Tier 3 (biometric + full ID) raise your limits. The dashboard prompts you to upgrade when you approach a limit.
Where can I see my tax documents?+
Settings → Wallet → Tax → Download annual statement. We generate one per calendar year, available end of January for the prior year.
Can I receive in USD and hold in USD?+
Yes. You can hold balances in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, NGN, KES, ZAR, BRL, MXN, PHP, IDR). Convert when you want, not when you receive.
