How do brands find me?+
Two ways. (1) Brands browse the Marketplace, which lists your profile if you've opted in. (2) Brands you've worked with privately can send pitches directly to your Zela inbox using your zela.pro/{handle} link.
How do I accept a pitch?+
Open the pitch, tap Accept, agree to terms. You'll get an in-thread contract that both sides sign. Funds are held in escrow until you deliver and the brand confirms.
Can I counter a brand's offer?+
Yes. Tap Counter, adjust rate, timeline, or scope, send. Threads stay open so you can negotiate without losing context.
How do contracts work?+
Every accepted deal automatically generates a contract from our pre-vetted template library, including usage rights, exclusivity, kill fees, and timelines. Both sides sign in-app. Contracts are downloadable as PDF.
What happens if I deliver and the brand ghosts?+
Mark the deliverable as complete with proof (link, screenshot). The brand has 7 days to confirm or contest. If they don't respond, funds release to you automatically.
Can I block a brand?+
Yes. Settings → Privacy → Blocked brands. They won't be able to pitch you again.
