ML Engineer, Zee
Build Zee, the AI co-pilot embedded across the Zela dashboard. From inbox triage to brand-pitch drafting in the creator's own voice, Zee is the hands-on assistant our creators rely on.
What you'll do
- Own the Zee AI stack end to end: model selection, prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation
- Ship features creators trust: pitch drafting, inbox triage, scheduling, anomaly detection
- Build the personalization layer that adapts Zee to each creator's brand voice
- Lead the model-cost vs quality trade-off conversations
- Make privacy a feature, not an afterthought; build clear user-facing controls
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production LLM features
- Strong Python + TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, evals, RAG, fine-tuning
- Care deeply about the human side of AI products
Bonus, not required
- Published work on creator AI tools
- Open-source contributions to AI tooling
- Multilingual (especially in a creator-market language)
