Growth Marketer, Brazil
Own Zela's Brazil launch. Recruit our first 1,000 Brazilian creators, partner with the right Brazilian brands, and build a Portuguese-first growth playbook we can replicate in other markets.
What you'll do
- Set Brazil-specific growth strategy and goals
- Recruit creators across niches (beauty, music, food, fashion) in São Paulo, Rio, Belo Horizonte
- Build local content programs in Brazilian Portuguese (blog, social, podcast appearances)
- Open Brazilian brand partnerships for the Marketplace
- Localize the Zela product surface: copy, examples, support
What we're looking for
- Native Brazilian Portuguese
- 4+ years of B2C growth marketing, ideally at a creator economy or fintech product
- Strong network with Brazilian creators
- Located in São Paulo or open to relocate
Bonus, not required
- Prior creator-economy work
- English fluency for cross-team collaboration
- Personal brand or audience in the Brazilian creator ecosystem
