  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Social Media Account Connections

When you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), you authorize us to:

  • Display this information within the Zela dashboard

We will never post on your behalf, access private messages, or modify your social media content without explicit permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The Zela platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the Platform as necessary to provide our services.

7. Payment Terms

If you use our financial services features:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate banking information
  • Transaction fees may apply as disclosed at the time of transaction
  • Withdrawals are processed through third-party payment providers
  • We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing large transactions

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOCIAL MEDIA DATA ACCURACY DEPENDS ON THIRD-PARTY APIS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZELA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
