1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zela, accessible at zela.pro ("Zela," "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Zela or any of our services.

2. Description of Service

Zela is an all-in-one creator economy platform designed for content creators to manage their business. Zela's services include:

  • Creator Hub: Unified dashboard for social media analytics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Brand Kits: Professional media kits and public profiles to showcase your work.
  • Creator Store: Tools to sell digital products, services, and physical merchandise.
  • FinTech Bridge: Global payment processing, multi-currency wallets (NGN, USD, GBP), and automated withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

To use Zela, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Social Media Account Connections

When you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) to Zela, you authorize Zela to:

  • Access your public profile information (display name, avatar, user ID)
  • Retrieve analytics and engagement data (followers, likes, views, video count)
  • Access your video list for content performance analysis (TikTok)
  • Display this information within the Zela dashboard and your public media kit

Zela will never post on your behalf, access private messages, or modify your social media content. All data access is read-only. You may revoke Zela's access by disconnecting your account from Zela's Settings page at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The Zela platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the Platform as necessary to provide our services.

7. Payment Terms & Fees

By using Zela's financial services, you agree to the following:

  • Platform Fee: Zela charges a flat 5% platform fee (capped at $20 max per transaction) on all incoming transactions (deposits, earnings, and sales).
  • Withdrawal Fee: A 5% fee (capped at $20 max) applies to all withdrawal requests.
  • Currency Conversion: Cross-currency withdrawals (e.g., USD to NGN) are converted using real-time market rates as provided by our partners.
  • Automated Withdrawals: Withdrawals are initiated automatically to your linked and verified bank accounts.
  • Verification: We may require identity verification (KYC/BVN) before processing transactions in compliance with financial regulations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOCIAL MEDIA DATA ACCURACY DEPENDS ON THIRD-PARTY APIS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZELA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
